Dunn + Moran was responsible for the landscape design and documentation of a new residential development comprising 130 three-bedroom townhouses. The design also featured a lush communal area, including a large swimming pool, an undercover picnic area, and a meandering pathway that winds through the entire site.

Additionally, the landscape documentation included the revegetation of adjacent native parklands and the integration of a bio-retention system for stormwater management.
