DMLA transformed the garden between Toowoomba City Hall and the Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery into a multifunctional cultural forecourt that accommodated events and daily community use while respecting the historical significance of nearby structures.

DMLA designed the custom vine arbour and surrounding hardscape to replace the ageing Wisteria structure. The arbour posts were also designed with internal lighting to provide visual interest at night.
